Going fine with a daily smoothie everyday. now more green smoothies and also the bach, clarkia,  ibadah etc

Day 4

Well the new week seems to start out well, diet wise anyway.
I ad a fruit smoothie of apples, banana and strawberries.
Lunch will be green smoothie and maybe a dessert
Dinner : any ideas?? something chewy!

Thank you for helping me A. Also today I need to focus on where exactly i am in terms of paradigm time and in terms of myself!

Day 3

Ok so i goofed up big time.
Not the way to go
Saturday: Egg, Minced meat, and lots of bread, followed by hotdog and vanilla strawberry ice cream and then a slice of pizza... so much for juice fest.
Got to come back on track:
today breakfast: 
finish that smoothie in the fridge if possible or make a new one with about one glass
make cut fruit for kids..apples
make new fruit smoothie with bananas and strawberries and berries
sounds like a plan!!

Day 1

Diet: 
Green smoothie ( spinach and greens) with apple and banana
H2O2 water
Galantamind

Exercise: 
Pilates dvd with S
walk on treadmill 1 mile

Meditation:
Sitting out on the deck
Waman yataqallaho 100 times with real focus and openness as to what it will lead to

Smoothies for the family

flax oil
coconut oil
flax seed
wheat germ
beets
kale
collard
frozen berries

Day 1

Having played around with it a little I think the best way to really make some serious quantum leaps is to DO IT. and to do it seriously and continuously
I look ahead with great anticipation: learning and understanding my own health and of my  understanding of foods.
I want to combine the juice fest  with improving my health, increasing my blood count , finally getting rid of my anemia and all the rest.
Along the way i will supplement this with a great deal of reading about food and nutrition, supplements ( only natural ones)
also understanding spirituality and the future direction of my career.
This 100 day juice fest will be combined with a space for meditation and asking for guidance for career direction and family integration.
As well as daily exercise, yoga or stretching.
